    inverter. Cheapest place to get them is Musicians friend and the name brand
    is furman?

  6. The reason for the surge is a modified sine wave instead of a more pure
    sine wave…most appliances with motors need a more pure sine wave. ?

    Connecting an inverter to a car battery only proves your battery was
    charged,
    not that the solar cells are doing anything.

    If you are gonna promote the solar kit, then give us the skinny. How many
    amps does it deliver on a normal day, and how long to recharge your
    depleted 12v marine battery??

    know you later explained in the description but that’s after everybody
    wasted 5 minutes of there life. Title is misleading. ?

  12. It’s no so important to say what will run, but how long it runs. How long
    did it power the grow lights? How big were the grow lights??

  13. Response for Theo 168, there are so many variables on output for solar
    systems any hard specs are not repeatable. A change of as little as 2
    degrees of tilt can produce a 15% change in the panel output as well as
    location,air quality and even altitude then there is ,size,type and
    condition of the batteries?

  15. I’m delighted to find solar energy products, that is solar energy
    appliances, coming into the retail markets. In 1996 I stopped by our town’s
    Sears store to get some Die Hard golf cart type batteries, but they only
    had one, so I ordered five more. I asked the clerks why they didn’t also
    sell solar panels to charge the batteries, and none of the people working
    there had ever heard of “solar energy.” When I described to them how the
    telephone company, in 1952, had invented a solar module which had no moving
    parts but let the sun create 12 volt DC electricity using photosynthesis,
    that could charge every battery they were selling there, they started
    treating me like a mental institution escapee! Since then I, like wonderful
    folks like you, have been unselfishly sharing my fun with solar.?

  16. my roommate is using this kit and tried to use it with a small heater it
    came on and then went out..how well does it work for you with that fan?
    seems the other electric heater he tried kept going on and off alot?

  20. Hot Tip . I’ve been using a product called Battery Equalizer that doubles
    battery life. I have been getting 10-12 years on my deep cycles and 8-10
    years on my car & truck batteries . THIS PRODUCT WORKS?

  25. Exactly. We have learned from playing with this little system and are
    gathering what is needed now for a larger system. These HF panels were
    really just for learning purposes but we do get a lot of use out of them
    but mostly for the battery that they charge that we use at our cabin.
