  1. How about Dayton Dickensen, a Vivint installer who uses the license #? 4719LEA for the state of Oregon. The License belongs to Stephen W Ross. This is only one of many. You need a LME for each state you work in. You do not use someone else`s.. 60K in fines in Ore alone and more to come. As a GSE for 25 years, part of my Job is to check licenses. Vivint has been doing this from the start. Todd Pederson your Boss knows this is going on.

  2. Todd Pederson is a Liar and a? Fraud. He uses illegal business practices with Unlicensed installers required by most states and deserves no respect. Vivint will go down as soon? as everyone finds? out his ways.

  3. Todd Pedersons apx/now Vivint? are door knocking gypsies, in orange, from the Mormon cult state of Utah. They have had over 2074 complaints? from the BBB, lawsuits and fines in many states, Government actions & fines. They use UNLICENCED young college kids, misleading practices, bait and switch. Do your homework on this company,? Solar cells, Vivints contract and the dangers of solar arrays through NFPA and fire agency’s. Use a reputable local licensed contractor or you will be sorry?

  4. Arkansas fined Vivint? $40,850? for over 40 violations in 2009. The state of South Carolina fined Vivint $5,000 violating South Carolina codes license? cancelled in another state (Louisiana). The South Carolina $50,000 Louisiana for utilizing unlicensed employees, violation false, deceptive acts or practices. Minnesota imposed a civil penalty of $25,000 against Vivint? for failure licensing requirements The Oregon Department of Justice announced a $60,000 settlement for misleading and practices

  5. Check with your local building codes? to see if the installer named on your contract has a license. They are using unlicensed installers.

  6. Minimum Requirements for Field Service Professionals:
Vivint, an equal opportunity employer, does not consider any protected traits (e.g. race, creed, color, religion, gender, national origin, non-job-related disability, age, or any other protected trait) when hiring—under federal, state and local laws.
NO alarm service technician experience necessary. We will train you.
Preferred: general maintenance, construction, electrical work, customer service, and driving experience. No License required.?

  7. Where is the 3 feet required arround the pv cells for the fire fighters? Oh yeah, unlicensed installers? would not know that.

The guys seemed to know what they were doing and the customer service has been exceptional. Now I just need to figure out if they have really saved me money.?
